REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Returns:

SEVENDAYS NOTES is independently run business, so it would not be possible to return any purchased items. However, if your item arrives damaged, don't hesitate to get in touch with us by emailing info@sevendays.com.bd or contact us within 03 days of receiving the product Please include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the damaged or unsatisfactory items. To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Refunds:

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method. It will take 10 business days for processing.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at info@sevendays.com.bd with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.

Exchanges:

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Customers can return the unwanted item and place a new order.

Cancellation:
